Blossoming Families provides 4th trimester care packages, breastfeeding and lactation medicine, infertility and pregnancy loss support, and more with our virtual and in home services. We will work with your pediatric and obstetric providers to ensure you, your baby, and your family are as happy and healthy as possible. We can currently see patients virtually throughout South Carolina and Georgia.
Our services:
- Initial Consultations are available at any time during your fertility journey, including:
- Pre-conception (before getting pregnant)
- Prenatal (during pregnancy)
- Postpartum (after delivery)
- This visit includes:
- 60-90 minute virtual visit
- Lab Follow-up by phone call (if needed)
- 1 month of Family Doc On Call for free ($149+ value)
- Direct access to your doctor by text message for 1 month
- Discounts on any follow-up visits
- Typical visit length: About 60 minutes
- Cost: $350
- Available to patients who have established care during their current pregnancy and postpartum journey.
- They are commonly used for:
- Follow-up of a breastfeeding or lactation problem
- Creating a return to work plan
- Discuss weaning or tandem nursing
- Typical visit length: About 30 minutes
- Cost: Billed based on time
- 1 Prenatal Consultation
- 1 Postpartum Consultation
- 3 Postpartum Follow-ups
- If you plan to return to a job outside the home, we recommend you have one of these visits 2-3 weeks prior to returning to work
- Access to “Family Doc on Call” messaging services throughout the 4th trimester

- Lactation Induction is a very involved process that requires considerable time investment with variable results.
- If your child is already here or you have less than 4 months to your child’s due date, please reach out prior to booking a visit.

- Get answers to basic questions within 1 business day from your physician
- More complex questions or medical issues will require a visit with your PCP or a visit with Dr. Natrajan (if appropriate)
- Urgent and emergent questions should not be asked through the “Family Doc on Call” system

While many issues can be addressed via telemedicine in the comfort of your own home through our services, there may be cases where you need to see a provider in person or need additional follow-up. In these cases, it is essential that you have an OB and pediatric provider that our physician can directly speak with to help facilitate addressing your issue with them. In addition to any other issues requiring an in office evaluation with your OB or pediatric providers as determined by our physician, these specific situations must be addressed in person:

- Since this is a telemedicine consultation only service, we are unable to provide any controlled substance prescriptions.
